Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I relocated to Florida with my family in 1990, and in 1991, I quickly found my calling in real estate. By 1994 I was already serving the Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte County communities, leveraging my expertise to help buyers and sellers achieve their property goals. With over three decades of experience, I have earned numerous awards, obtained several designations, and a Broker Associate license, solidifying my reputation as a knowledgeable and results-driven professional.

My approach to real estate is both strategic and client-focused. I utilize innovative marketing techniques and strong negotiation skills to ensure smooth transactions. When working with sellers, my priorities are to secure the highest price by pricing their home competitively from the start, obtaining the best possible terms, and minimizing disruptions to their daily lives. I understand the challenges of selling a home while living there and strive to make the process seamless.

For buyers, I take the time necessary to truly understand their vision of the perfect home. I carefully curate home options that match their criteria, negotiate the lowest price, and ensure every detail is handled with care-making their home-buying journey both exciting and stress-free.

Beyond real estate, I am deeply involved in the community. Having served on various nonprofit boards, I value collaboration, financial wisdom, and thoughtful decision-making. Following the early loss of my parents, I dedicated over 25 years to the funeral ministry, where I honed my skills in compassion and active listening-qualities that now benefit my real estate clients.

Besides my passion for real estate is my love for family. I raised my son, Todd, and daughter, Brittany, here in Venice, where they attended Pineview and Venice High. Now, I cherish time spent with my granddaughter-baking, crafting, attending soccer games and building sandcastles on the beach. While I am out helping clients, my beloved dog, Oliver, proudly takes charge at home.
